ADAMTS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, RPL27P5, and C4orf46. Each is linked with ADAMTS7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by ADAMTS7-low versus ADAMTS7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
