ADAMTS5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,050 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT1, SGCD, and ELP4. Each is linked with ADAMTS5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS5 versus FLT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
