ADAMTS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN2, MASTL, and NUP85. Each is linked with ADAMTS5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN2 grouped by ADAMTS5-low versus ADAMTS5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
