ADAMTS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN1, CHRNB4, and RPL34. Each is linked with ADAMTS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTN1 grouped by ADAMTS5-low versus ADAMTS5-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
