Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAMTS3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ADAMTS3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRP, ESCA, and READ are the cancer types where ADAMTS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
