Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAMTS18 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADAMTS18 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and CESC are the cancer types where ADAMTS18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
