ADAMTS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, L2HGDH, and PRC1. Each is linked with ADAMTS18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS18-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by ADAMTS18-low versus ADAMTS18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
