ADAMTS13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,364 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, SRGN, and FFAR2. Each is linked with ADAMTS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS13-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS13 versus NUP85 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
