ADAMTS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, ASNS, and C-Raf_pS338. Each is linked with ADAMTS13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS13-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by ADAMTS13-low versus ADAMTS13-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
