ADAMTS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,008 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, SERPINH1, and SULF1. Each is linked with ADAMTS12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS12 versus RCN3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
