Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAMTS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, ZWINT, and UQCRH. Each is linked with ADAMTS12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by ADAMTS12-low versus ADAMTS12-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
