Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB11FIP1, PLEKHA2, and ITGA3. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM9 versus RAB11FIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
