ADAM9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,574 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM2D2, BAG4, and EIF4EBP1. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM9 versus TM2D2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
