Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, SKA2, and PKN3. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by ADAM9-low versus ADAM9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
