Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, p70-S6K, and Rab25. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.
