Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,708 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macrophage fusion, Positive regulation of macrophage fusion, and Integrin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.
