ADAM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6N1, GSG1L2, and GFRAL. Each is linked with ADAM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6N1 grouped by ADAM9-low versus ADAM9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
