Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,554 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily member 11 production, Regulation of thymocyte migration, and Positive regulation of thymocyte migration. Each is linked with ADAM8 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM8 results are reported.
