ADAM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A6, CLEC6A, and TLE7. Each is linked with ADAM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A6 grouped by ADAM8-low versus ADAM8-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
