ADAM3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,237 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle organization, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ADAM3A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM3A-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
