ADAM33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM33-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4756, PARP2, and FEM1AP4. Each is linked with ADAM33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM33-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4756 grouped by ADAM33-low versus ADAM33-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
