ADAM33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM33 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM33-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6A, KLHDC7A, and SUPT5H. Each is linked with ADAM33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM33-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6A grouped by ADAM33-low versus ADAM33-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
