ADAM32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP64P1, RNA5SP149, and RNU6-338P. Each is linked with ADAM32 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM32-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
