ADAM29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MECP2, GNAO1, and NRIP2. Each is linked with ADAM29 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM29-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM29 versus MECP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
