ADAM29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 756 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM29-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAF1, DESI1, and CEP76. Each is linked with ADAM29 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM29-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAF1 grouped by ADAM29-low versus ADAM29-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
