ADAM28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, COTL1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with ADAM28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM28-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM28 versus SEPTIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
