ADAM28

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, NVL, and NEMP1. Each is linked with ADAM28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM28-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM28 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
