ADAM28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM28 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, Caspase-8, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ADAM28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM28-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by ADAM28-low versus ADAM28-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
