ADAM28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, P3H3, and RGS10. Each is linked with ADAM28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM28-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DESI1 grouped by ADAM28-low versus ADAM28-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
