Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM24P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ADAM24P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where ADAM24P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ADAM24P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where ADAM24P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
