ADAM20P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM20P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,736 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM20P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCG2, CTSS, and MTA1. Each is linked with ADAM20P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM20P1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM20P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM20P1 versus PLCG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM20P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM20P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
