ADAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,688 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB6, CD109, and PTX3. Each is linked with ADAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 versus TUBB6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
