ADAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 393 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRL, C9orf92, and ASZ1. Each is linked with ADAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRL grouped by ADAM2-low versus ADAM2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
