ADAM19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, RBM47, and ZYX. Each is linked with ADAM19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM19-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM19 versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
