Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,439 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHDP1, ELOB, and BTN1A1. Each is linked with ADAM19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM19-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM19 versus SDHDP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
