ADAM19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, GTSE1, and GLRX5. Each is linked with ADAM19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM19-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCA grouped by ADAM19-low versus ADAM19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
