Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,027 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with ADAM19 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM19-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM19 results are reported.
