ADAM17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,959 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, CRTAP, and PLOD1. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM17 versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
