Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,601 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK9, FBXW7, and APAF1. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM17 versus AK9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
