Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,453 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL66P, GBP5, and SLAMF8. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL66P grouped by ADAM17-low versus ADAM17-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
