Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,441 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Germinal center formation, Cellular response to high density lipoprotein particle stimulus, and Membrane protein proteolysis. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.
