ADAM17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, MROH2B, and TMEM35A. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by ADAM17-low versus ADAM17-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
