ADAM11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,981 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, MVP, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with ADAM11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM11-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM11 versus MAN2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
