ADAM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX38, MIR6839, and COG8. Each is linked with ADAM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM11-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHX38 grouped by ADAM11-low versus ADAM11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
