Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAM10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADAM10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ADAM10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
