ADAM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,528 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, PMPCA, and PTPN9. Each is linked with ADAM10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM10 versus LRPPRC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
