ADAM10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,753 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11A, CHP1, and RAE1. Each is linked with ADAM10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM10 versus RAB11A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
