ADAM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ADAM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ADAM10-low versus ADAM10-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
