ADAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECTIN1, MTHFR, and ZFHX3_S3432. Each is linked with ADAD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAD2 versus NECTIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
