ADAD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, RPL32P21, and C9orf50. Each is linked with ADAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAD2 versus SEPTIN7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
